There’s always been something about this song that I’ve found particularly intriguing, and it’s beyond cool to hear the separate sections solo’d out. I’m definitely diggin’ the use of the squeaky toys in the bridge – who knew?

    it is safe to say this album and the recording process of it changed my life. the doubling of the vocals, the drum techniques, and most importantly the playing was one of a kind. great blog

    Very informative. I’ve had the pleasure to work with this man on a few projects early in his career and mine. When Butch is with a band,new to the studio, he has a calm/cool as a cucumber attitude. Always ready with a suggestion. He has a great ear. He works well with others and does not run with scissors.
